AirOps is an AI workflow platform. Instead of one fixed feature, it gives you building blocks to design your own SEO and content pipelines, like brief builders, refresh workflows, and content checks.
Priya is the only SEO person at a 40-person software company. Her content refresh process lives in her head: pull the page, check what's ranking now, list what's missing, draft updates. A workflow platform lets her write that process down once and run it on every fading page.
Who it suits
It suits teams who know their process and want to build it their way, often content teams at software companies. If you want something that works out of the box with no setup, a more opinionated tool will be quicker.
- Teams building their own AI SEO workflows
An example: using AirOps for SEO automation
Picture a content refresh pipeline. It takes a page that Search Console shows is losing clicks and fetches the current top results for its main keyword. An AI step compares your page with them and lists the gaps, then drafts suggested edits. An editor approves or rejects each change before anything reaches the CMS.
Where it sits on the automation ladder
Level 3–4. Depending on how you build it, it can range from AI-assisted steps to workflows that make some decisions on their own, inside limits you set.
Our five levels of SEO automation run from single tasks, like a weekly report, up to systems that run the whole loop on their own.
What it does well
- Very flexible: you design the steps, the checks, and the outputs
Limitations and watch-outs
- You'll need to put real time into designing and maintaining your process
Flexibility has a cost. You have to design the workflow, test it, and fix it when things change. Budget time for that, and for reviewing what the AI steps produce, before you expect it to save you hours.
