An SEO workflow is a set of tasks that run in a fixed order, like a recipe. These examples show the steps, the tools, and the point where a person checks the work.

Workflows are where most teams get real value. They're predictable, you can see exactly what happens at each step, and when something goes wrong you know which step to fix.

Patterns you'll see

We're still collecting and checking real entries for this collection. In the meantime, these are the common shapes they take:

  • Content decay. Spot fading pages, check which searches they lost, look at today's results, and plan an update.
  • Keyword to article. Research a keyword, outline, draft, fact-check, add links, and send it for human review.
  • Rank drop recovery. When a key ranking falls, gather the evidence and suggest likely causes.
  • Publish checklist. When a page goes live, log it, notify the team, and schedule a 30-day check.

Signs of a good example

  • Each step has one job.
  • It's clear where a human reviews the output.
  • Results are measured afterwards.

Red flags

  • A single giant step that “does everything.”
  • No review point before content goes live.

What each entry will include

Each finished entry will note what it automates, what it's built with, how hard it is to set up, what it costs, what goes in and comes out, how much it runs on its own, and a link to the source (GitHub, YouTube, or docs). We only add systems people actually run, not marketing demos. If you've built one, it's a good fit.
