n8n SEO workflows are automations built in n8n, a visual workflow tool, to handle jobs like reporting, decay alerts, and content briefs. One handy thing about n8n: workflows can be exported as files and imported by someone else, so good examples are easy to share.
If you've found an n8n workflow online and wondered whether it's worth importing, this collection is meant to help you judge.
Patterns you'll see
We're still collecting and checking real entries for this collection. In the meantime, these are the common shapes they take:
- Search Console to Sheets. Pulls page and query data on a schedule and keeps a running history. Beginner.
- Multi-site monthly report. Loops through a list of sites and emails each owner a summary. Beginner to intermediate.
- Weekly search results snapshot. Sends a keyword list to a data API such as DataForSEO and flags new competitors. Intermediate.
- AI brief node. Takes a keyword, fetches the top results, and asks an AI model for a structured brief. Intermediate.
Signs of a good example
- Steps are clearly named.
- There's an error path that tells someone when it fails.
- Credentials are set up separately, not typed into steps.
Red flags
- API keys pasted directly into shared workflow files. Check before you import, and before you share your own.
- Huge loops with no batching.
What each entry will include
Each finished entry will note what it automates, what it's built with, how hard it is to set up, what it costs, what goes in and comes out, how much it runs on its own, and a link to the source (GitHub, YouTube, or docs). We only add systems people actually run, not marketing demos. If you've built one, it's a good fit.
